How do I know the hospital meets recognised standards?
Your clinical care is provided by Prince Court Medical Centre. The hospital is accredited by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health for 2024–2028, is part of IHH Healthcare, and says it has welcomed international patients from more than 140 countries.
How much will treatment cost?
Treatment costs depend on your clinical needs. We coordinate a written hospital quotation before you decide. Hospital, travel and concierge charges are shown separately so you can understand what is included.
How quickly can I be seen?
Timing depends on the specialist, your records and clinical suitability. Once we understand your needs, we coordinate directly with the hospital and confirm the available appointment options, without promising a date before the hospital has reviewed your enquiry.
Will my insurance cover planned treatment in Malaysia?
Coverage varies by policy and insurer, and many planned treatments abroad are self-funded. Please check with your insurer before committing. If you have international medical cover, we can help coordinate the hospital paperwork you are asked to provide.
Can someone travel with me?
Absolutely. We can plan accommodation, transport and a light companion programme around your appointment schedule, while keeping your care needs at the centre of the journey.
What happens after I return home?
We help coordinate your hospital reports, follow-up appointments and the information needed for your appropriate healthcare professional at home. Clinical advice and treatment decisions always remain with qualified healthcare professionals.
