We email you within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, to confirm what you need and explain the next step.
We prepare a draft itinerary. The hospital provides its estimate, and licensed travel partners provide separate travel quotes.
Phase 2You see the hospital, travel and concierge costs separately. Nothing is booked until you understand and approve the plan.
Before departure, we send a reminder covering your travel documents, hospital instructions and important items for the trip.
Depending on your package, your concierge meets you at the airport or arranges a named driver and transfer to your hotel.
Phase 3Prince Court manages your treatment and medical records. Depending on your package, we attend key appointments or stay in close contact.
We organise practical support and companion activities around your schedule. Patient activities require approval from the treating team.
Before you leave, we help organise the hospital reports and follow-up information needed by your healthcare professional at home.
